I brought in a lot of stuff without an appointment. They were friendly, and professional. Brooke separated items as she evaluated them into groups of gold, silver, gold filled and costume. I was happy and surprised with what they offered me. In the moment, I forgot to specifically ask about a necklace and one ring be separated so the stones could be tested individually because I knew they were real.
