Very bad today at 20th of july i was there for the first time i was waiting for 2 hours then secretary told me babies are in priorities i asked couldn't you told it sooner??? She said oh sorry but this is our policy I couldn't accept this irresponsibility and I don't know how to punish this doctor because of this wrong behavior While i caught a cold they waisted me for 2 hours and finally i had no choice to leave because i understood if i want to visit doctor and a child arrive i have to give my appointment to the child
Very lovely staff don’t bother about the other reviews mostly bots —- spoke to lady at the reception - name Yolanda - my partner and I didn’t have a booking but was a follow up - inspite of dr Parveen who always has a busy schedule / they s squeezed us in ! ( really good clinic if u ask me )
Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for an hour in pain to see Dr. Adel Zaki, whose prescription made me feel even worse.
