Came in very last minute with a back sprain just as the clinic was about to close, and Lolanda at reception was so kind to squeeze me in for an appointment. My consultation with Dr Shuhan Perveen was one of the worst experiences I have had with a healthcare professional. Never again!!!!!!! From the moment I entered the room, I was rushed and dismissed. I have been visiting this clinic for 2 years now. I wanna give shoutous to nurses; Fatima and Shivangi who take care of me and my family everytime we had to do something in the emergency/nurse room. Dr Zhao and Dr Iftikhar are gentle, patience, caring and thorough.
