I called Culligan July 21st exactly one week from today, it rolled over to answering service. The women that answered was very short and used the term like I said multiple times. Extremely poor customer service and almost lost Culligan a customer. As it's been one week and I never got a call back from Culligan I called to discuss the experience and see why no one responded to my service inquiry.
