I gave it a rating of one because there is not the option for zero My sister has been diagnosed with cancer, and my family called the ambulance because my sister was in so much pain. When the Ambulance arrived, some woman EMT with long dark hair told my family that the EMTs would not help my sister because she had already taken a pain med two hours ago.
