Zach and Tony were great. I needed urgent water heater replacement and they fit me in within 24 hours and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
If I could give a zero star rating I would most definitely do so. I was told over the phone that they would bring an assortment of sizes of pipe in order to ensure the job would be completed in a timely & cost effective manner. Instead, the worker only brought 1 size of pipe which wasn’t the correct size and then billed me for 2 extra hours of labor that it took to drive and get the proper size to fix his mistake. This post is in response to the owners reply to my husband's review. Your entire reply is full of lies and shows you lack integrity. First of all, when you said, "This customer was advised about our rates to travel to Don Pedro," was a lie. You never once spoke about what your rates were over the phone because we never asked. We were perfectly fine paying whatever the cost because we had every intention of paying whatever the bill was.
