While Gold Coin was the wrong point of contact for my issue, they made sure the entire process of resolving my issue was as painful and suspicious as possible. I was given contact information for Gold Coin when I was charged for laundry I didn’t do as they provided the machines and the Super assumed they also managed them. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gold Coin, especially with Brandon Hoffman. Putting in all new equipment is quite the undertaking and Brandon was there with us every step of the way. He even helped us correct problems that had nothing to do with him or his machines. Let’s me start by saying get Brandon Hoffman sales rep. Best sales person I have ever delt with. Eddie in repairs also excellent. Purchased 13 stack Dexter dryers and laundroworks card system. Installation team very professional and quick. There early issues with several dryers especially electrical problems, but the people at Gold Coin were very responsive and eventually fixed all the issues and now run perfectly. Again hats off to Brandon and Eddie for taking care of all the early issues.
