Terrible! Once they get your money, they will ghost you! I sadly hired them to install windows in my condo. The quality of the windows is poor! The company they ordered my windows from is now out of business! So much for the warranty they sold me. Installers are not qualified, have no clue what they are doing and do a very low quality job! Poor Quality & Misleading Practices Gold Coast Windows and Doors was a major disappointment. They use subcontractors who left trash behind and installed every window crooked. Within two years, all of the caulking failed and had to be redone. Even worse, they left several windows off the original quote and only added them after we had made the initial payment. Poor workmanship, poor oversight, and questionable business practices — I would not recommend this company.
I recently had two sets of impact doors installed. It was a very pleasant experience. Sam who coordinated the work could not have been any nicer and the men he sent out were both friendly and efficient. Ati in particular paid great attention to detail and made sure the job was done perfectly. They also did a great cleanup of the area. I would highly recommend this company.
