Over the years, consistently ok service. Sometimes really bad, sometimes really good, overall better then average.
My experience with the Robina/Arundel service centre was incredibly disappointing. After my van’s engine blew up only 5 months out of warranty with only 108,000km, they had my vehicle for an entire year. Throughout that time, communication was extremely poor. I was repeatedly stonewalled and given misleading updates about the status of the repairs, which made an already frustrating situation even worse.
