great service friendly staff
I removed my factory fitted RCD510 radio from my 2012 Amarok bought from VW Arundel. Put the radio back in and it now requires a security code. Code nowhere to be found in documentation and not on file with VW. VW Arundel seeks $280 minimum to plug in their VCDS diagnostics and read the radio code. This is 5 minutes worth of effort. Why am I held to ransom for information that belongs to me to begin with? Disgraceful

Just wanted to drop in and give a big shout out to Brett at the Arundel VW Commercial Center. My partner Hillary and I test drove an Amarok on Saturday and Brett was an absolute legend. I really appreciate a genuine, happy carsales person and Brett was the best I've dealt with. Love's his job, treats customers really well and goes above and beyond. If you are in the market for an Amarok definitely ask for Brett, he will sort you out! And p.s. what an epic ute.
I purchased my VW Crafter from this dealership in 2017. Recently, I contacted them regarding a technical issue and was initially informed that their policy is not to handle vehicles over eight years old. However, as my vehicle was within that timeframe and I was a previous customer, they agreed to take a look.
