The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming at Dr Martin Elmes Practice, Stephanie was so great to deal with, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after and is very polite and patient with every patient she speaks to, in person and on the phones. Simply Outstanding. From first appointment in early 2024 through to current day Martin and his team have been exceptional. I have felt hugely supported over my journey from diagnosis (PSA) to biopsy and surgery by people who really care. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr Elmes and his Office Assistants Stephanie and Olivia plus Nurse Zoe in regards to my recent kidney removal surgery.
