Wouldn't even give this a star the receptionist was absolutely rude. She spoke to my partner like he was stupid. To add more to the mix he is on work cover out of work for another 6 weeks he's in absolute pain with his fractured finger. How can you ran a business with a receptionist that speaks to your potential patients like they are shit. No way should anyone have to feel like they are less important than how this lady treated my partner. Absolute disgusting behaviour.
Dr Kalamaras’ Rooms are spacious and easily accessed. His staff were excellent and responsive. My appointment with the Doctor was punctual, he gave well considered advice and was evidently expert in his field. He identified several points that had been missed by other doctors and I feel confident in approaching him for further treatment and surgery as appropriate.
