Get directionsI don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so hurtful I had to. I arrived at 10pm with a fever and sore throat for 5 days, my temp kept spiking to 39.5–40 even after Pain Killers and antibiotics. I was shivering, in pain, desperate for help but no one even checked on me. I left at 5am worse than I arrived. Two couples who were there before me ended up leaving too because no one cared. Got there 7pm and left 2am. All they did was give me panadol. The whole time I was waiting for a chest XRay and a blood test. The 2 nurses that looked after me in the beginning couldn’t even find a vain and sent me to the waiting room again. I couldn’t handle to stay anymore and left. Very disappointing the way they treat the emergency services

It turns out that my daughter has 2 fractures, one on her wrist & one on her elbow. Sh... read more
Emergency means at least a 5 hours wait on not a very busy day. Lots of young staff that have no idea what to do and give you a feeling that you were forgotten. The parking cost is insane and wending machine is a necessity considering the wait. Everything has been thought through for the people already struggling from the injuries that brought them to the hospital.
