I would not recommend Unique Built/Gold Coast Unique Homes to anyone considering building on the Gold Coast. Their frequent rebranding and name changes are deeply concerning. Our experience with them was riddled with problems from start to finish, culminating in a severely stressful and financially devastating outcome. Please read this if you are planning on building with any of the following companies. They are all the same people. Gold Coast Unique Homes, Brisbane Unique Homes, Unique Built. Since we signed up in September 2021 for a build that was supposed to be a year we have experienced nothing but problems at every stage of the build.
