I have had two children go there over three years, one has had eye surgery. We missed our post op appointment which was not confirmed and tried to reschedule to be told we needed to pay $150. The customer service form the practise manager was absolutely abhorrent. We have spent literally thousands of dollars with this specialist, were already being charged for a post op appointment, had requested our appointment text reminders were sent to me and not my husband and then could not get another appointment until we paid the can... read more
The doctors are great (5 stars). But the receptionists are not (1 star). I had my eye check three times because I had surgery with dr Russel (she's amazing) and always see dr Fiona first (she's amazing too). But the two ladies at the front never say hi or smile. After I paid, I asked for receipt and they looked annoyed 🤷.
