What an amazing responsive business. As a novice in towing a new Van I very much appeciated their support in fixing my Jokey wheel. I had overwound it the wheel in attempting to release it from my towbar. RACQ very kindly responded however had to remove the jockey wheel off the chassis. Gold coast trailers were so supportive and fixed it immediately and rebolted it back on. This was not part of their work schedule for the day but they fitted it in. What amazing customer service. Had my Jayco van underslung .. Very good people to deal with .. Very efficient and good service and workmanship .. have just travelled 3600 km to Central Qld with no problems and the extra ground clearance was very helpful off road
