Won't go back, had a towbar installed and workmanship is atrocious, realised after a while my bumper has dropped and went back to show them. Took the car out back to inspect it and came back to me saying that the bracket underneath was bent, told me that I have hit something off road or reversed into something. Funny to say that I have never taken my car off road and haven't reversed into anything, if I had hit something I would have a bad dent or Mark on my bumper in this case. More expensive than other places for same service and SAME product - Hayman. The man in charge was very abrupt and presume he simply wanted me to go elsewhere. His service is probably better suited to men. Women, rather try Action Towbars in Benowa as they are super helpful and you deal with a woman that interprets and understands what we need.
