Very impressed with Gold Coast Shade Sails professional service. I lost two large black sails due to Cyclone Alfred so had to deal with an insurance company. All requests were met promptly by GCSS’s rep. Willow. Sails are now installed, look excellent. I’m happy to recommend the company and will certainly use them again. Thank you.
A fair price and great service, very professional and friendly, Tobin and his team did a great a job installing the sails over 2 driveways for our units, there was a slight hiccup that l was concerned about but it was happily and promptly rectified, l would certantly recommend them for all shade sail installations .
We have twice used GC Shade Sails and the results were superb. Likewise, excellent Customer Service and communication.
The team did such a great job, transformed our outdoor area into an inviting area that we will utilise loads more. I needed help with the design for our back area (odd shape and raised retaining wall, with minimal access). I had been avoiding putting cover over the area as I did not want the space to feel closed in. They came out and explained design, sent virtual pictures with their quote & the end result was perfect.
BEWARE I’ve also noticed this company in the last 24 hrs have put on 9 false reviews to try bump up the couple of negative reviews just put on. They are written by chat gpt They are written very specific and intelligent reviews for average aussies Dishonesty is my biggest red flag.also I asked so many times for a call back to discuss things and never received a call always texts after this review I got a call mmmmmmmm When cyclone Alfred was here I needed our sails pulled down and they wanted a stupid amount of money to pull... read more
