When the quote was done we asked for maximum coverage of our garage and cars. The quote was sent out with only a picture of a double shade not the single shade I asked for then when they installed the poster and roof post they installed ones for a double shade they also moved the roof posts closer together without letting us know that they had to do that so they say because of the roof so we didn't get an option to look for another way to keep our coverage . Very impressed with Gold Coast Shade Sails professional service. I lost two large black sails due to Cyclone Alfred so had to deal with an insurance company. All requests were met promptly by GCSS’s rep. Willow. Sails are now installed, look excellent. I’m happy to recommend the company and will certainly use them again. Thank you.

A fair price and great service, very professional and friendly, Tobin and his team did a great a job installing the sails over 2 driveways for our units, there was a slight hiccup that l was concerned about but it was happily and promptly rectified, l would certantly recommend them for all shade sail installations .
