Used to be a great location to go until recently. I noticed some changes with my most recent visit earlier this month. Staff seem disorganised and processes are broken. I've been waiting 10 days for results (was advised 3-5 days) and can't seem to get ahold of the clinic via phone. Voicemail doesn't allow you to leave a message - just ends the call. So I've sent an email and waiting on a response. If you want efficiency and clarity, I'd recommend going somewhere else to prevent unnecessary anxiety while you wait for results.... read more
Absolutely amazing this place. Call in the morning they give me an appointment an hour later seen straight away super professional nice nurse very thorough. Everything totally free. You couldn't ask for more
I went to get an STD test. Since I’m not a native English speaker, I was a bit nervous, but the staff spoke slowly and clearly, and they were very kind and patient. It was my first time visiting a clinic abroad, so I was anxious at first, but everyone made me feel comfortable. Both the receptionist and the medical staff were so friendly and professional. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service. Wishing all the staff happiness and good health.☺️
I came to the clinic to do a regular check and it is the best service i’ve had in a sexual clinic. Care, good medical attention and good conversation. Admin team was fast and easy to talk to and the doctors and nurses were fast in their work and made me feel comfortable and save. Finished with my vaccines updated and all tests sorted. Thanks!!
Frustrating and Inconsistent Experience - Twice Denied Testing This is now the second time I’ve been turned away after being told to come in. First visit: I called the clinic, explained my situation and symptoms, and was advised to come in for testing.
