While the doctors are ok, the administration around every process is inefficient and outdated and not focused on the service for the patient. Doctor shortage and self administration over client service makes it the worse I experienced of all sexual health centers I know! No effective prescription process leaving patient waiting for regular prescription. Challenging the processes gives you a lame answer of " Every center is different " . Drove 40min to do a general STI test (pee and blood like I always do). Got send away even after asking several times to do a sti test on the spot because they forced me to take an appointment another day after I had to discuss my possible discomforts with the front desk person in front of a full waiting room. Absolutely no privacy and respect for privacy and care.
Amazing staff who are non-judgmental, rational and calm.
Amazing service. The nurse at the phone was so lovely, I called on a Friday afternoon and she found me a spot with a gynaecologist for the Monday coming. Caroline, the gynaecologist, assisted me with so much attention and with a very professional attitude. I had really bad experiences with gynaecologists but she made me very comfortable. She answered to all my questions and made me feel seen. It was also very quick!
