My partner came in to be tested because of some symptoms she and I have. Because I had been screened for the more serious infections and had negative results, they told her it was not serious and turned her away without any further testing or treatment options. Extremely poor accountability and effort. My partner now has to pay for another appointment with a GP to get tested and HOPEFULLY treated. Disgusting service.
Used to be a great location to go until recently. I noticed some changes with my most recent visit earlier this month. Staff seem disorganised and processes are broken. I've been waiting 10 days for results (was advised 3-5 days) and can't seem to get ahold of the clinic via phone. Voicemail doesn't allow you to leave a message - just ends the call. So I've sent an email and waiting on a response. If you want efficiency and clarity, I'd recommend going somewhere else to prevent unnecessary anxiety while you wait for results.... read more
Extremely kind and friendly staff! I turned up around midday for the walk-in express service as a new patient and was finished within 20 minutes :)
Not helpful stuff. They don’t care if you are working or not. Just reading scripts ‘ sorry we are fully booked’ they didn’t even try to find solutions. I have been told I can go to my gp. Oh thank you.
