Price for the equipment provided is of major value. All staff are friendly and willing to help. No lock-in contracts too. The sign-in process at reception via keycard is quick and easy. Everyone are respectful of eachother's personal space while working out and it never feels like you're in eachother's personal space, althought the space is limited compared to most other gyms. Excellent facilities, helpful staff . Add some better parking space and it would be top rate .perhaps diagonal running down off the southern highway ?
My favourite place to work out and the prices are so much better than most gyms. Plus you're not locked in to a contract. All the employees are very helpful.
