THE WORST EXPERIENCE - Rude Staff - Cancel appointments Had an appointment this morning and we arrived and they said it’s been cancelled and they had tried to call and text in the morning with NO RECORD of any communication. Do not book here! Far better places to go on the Gold Coast.
Worst experience of my life. They don’t even consider the value of the customer’s time. I booked an appointment for scan. They cancel the appointment even without letting the patient know. They called me 3 time but always they were asked about booking into their other branch which I don’t want to go their. And I called them before 3 days of my appointment to check and they said yes it’s already poked but once I reached at hope island, one of the staff member told me that your appointment was cancelled even without telling me... read more
