THE WORST EXPERIENCE - Rude Staff - Cancel appointments Had an appointment this morning and we arrived and they said it’s been cancelled and they had tried to call and text in the morning with NO RECORD of any communication. Do not book here! Far better places to go on the Gold Coast.

Worst experience of my life. They don’t even consider the value of the customer’s time. I booked an appointment for scan. They cancel the appointment even without letting the patient know. They called me 3 time but always they were asked about booking into their other branch which I don’t want to go their. And I called them before 3 days of my appointment to check and they said yes it’s already poked but once I reached at hope island, one of the staff member told me that your appointment was cancelled even without telling me... read more

I had to get a breast scan as a transgender man; which is a terrifying, embarrassing ordeal. I had the most understanding lady do my scans. She was professional with the questions she asked, very concise, did not make me feel uncomfortable or unsafe in any way. She was thorough in her scans, and I cannot thank her enough for the overall experience. I didn’t catch her name, but I’m sure it’s something they’d be able to find. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable. Will definitely return if ever needed

I had Euflexa injections in my knees and ended up in hospital. My friend had the same and ended up having surgery to flush the infection out of her knee. It has been 4 weeks and I am still unable to walk on my leg.Very disappointing . I won’t be back.
