This place is horrible. Unprofessional staff. They clearly don’t know how to respond to any event. Their records are not updated and they are ill informed.
Gold Coast Protection is hired to provide security to the residents of Vintage Grove Town Houses in Modesto. I recieved a notice on my van that is waiting for stckers to arrive from the DMV. I spoke with someone in their office and felt confident that the issue was cleared up and I would have no trouble. A few days later Gold Coast Protection neglected the conversation I had with them and authorized to have my vehicle impounded by City Tow of Modesto.
