Great service from Adam! We needed a small superficial repair done and was dreading the process, but Adam made it easy! Efficient booking system and reliable service. Repair work blended in better than expected as well. Would highly recommend.
I feel that I was overcharged. I paid $850 for acid washing my 30,000 litre pebblecrete pool which involved 2 visits (15 min to drop in the pump to empty my pool) and 2 hours work for one person to acid wash the pool. Consumables were 20 litres of 38% hydrochloric acid (approx $60). The work done was pretty good and I accept that not all the staining is able to be removed. Adam was great.prompt response to the request for the quote. The quote was reasonable and he was able to fit my job in pretty quickly (pebblecrete crack repair and acid wash. He did an excellent job and the pool looks great.
Would not recommend these guys. Had a quote by Adam, he took $450 before he came out and then gave me a quote of a $1650 to repair a crack, only to find out what he claims was the leak wasn’t it. Once the water got past the crack it was still leaking, so I knew it wasn’t what Adam claimed was the leak. I had a 2nd quote from Aqua leak Detection, Steve got in the pool with his scuba gear and found the leak at the bottom of the pool straight away, only charged us $450.00. Steve was amazing, no more leaks.
We are extremely happy with the work done by Adam’s pool repairs! Gaspar and BJ did an amazing job in two days working on regrouting and Chaulking our large pool. It now looks just like it did 25 years ago!! I would definitely encourage you to contact these guys for your pool repairs. Thankyou Boys !
