We have just had the pleasure of having an amazing pool built by Eddie and his team. From our very first enquiry right up to handover, and beyond Eddie has been extremely responsive, no phone call or email unanswered, and no issue with our endless questions. We have just had Eddie and his Team complete our new pool and we couldn’t be happier. Eddie has been a great communicator from the start and has delivered us a top quality pool within our budget. They have showed genuine care through out the whole process and have exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend their expertise.
Total Concept pools are the "go to" for swimming pool construction. Jaz and Grant make a dynamic team from planning to handover no question was too difficult and we where made to feel part of the entire process from start to finish. Backed up by Eddie Beith's knowledge,skill and genuine honesty this makes for a pool company with a real difference.
