Nice staff, natural breezes and just a great gym 5 stars
Its bassicly a leisure centre, its quite old, definitely needs re-doing. The "spa area" isn't great to be honest, again, very old. The sauna is nice, some of the gym equipment is dated all so, the cross fit area out the back is good. Lots of classes to book, which is good. Outside pool, for the price and where it is, its all good. Just a tad dated, but you pay for what you get
Came in with my partner to sign up, and an older lady with Gray hair told us she was "too busy" to sign us up. So....we left and signed up elsewhere.
Good facilities but if you plan to stay there I suggest don’t the rooms are not cleaned well at all. Full of dust dirty sheets and random food around the room under the beds and one night a cockroach was on my bed when I was laying in it🤮 don’t stay in a room just book for the day
Good place to train, relax, nice coffee shop, friendly staff. No negatives.
