I was going to say "set of hands" but to be perfectly honest being a good and capable surgeon is much more than being a competent "technician". THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW BUSINESSES THAT TAKE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY. THEY TOOK THE FEEDBACK AND IMPLEMENTED MEASURES IMMEDIATELY. THE PRACTICE MANAGER IS VERY GOOD. SHE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS THE SKILLS TO DE-ESCALATE A SITUATION. (VERY RARE THESE DAYS). I HAVE CHANGED MY 1 STAR TO A 5 STAR BECAUSE OF HOW EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED. SURGERY WISE SHANNON IS VERY GOOD AND WORKS QUICKLY WITH RESULTS.

Dr. Webber and his staff were absolutely lovely. Couldn’t fault a single thing and would absolutely recommend.
Office staff were absolutely fantastic in helping get me in urgently after some seriously impacted wisdom teeth were discovered causing recurrent infection. The staff were professional and kind at all times. Dr Webber a fantastic surgeon who is very caring and highly experienced.
