THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW BUSINESSES THAT TAKE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY. THEY TOOK THE FEEDBACK AND IMPLEMENTED MEASURES IMMEDIATELY. THE PRACTICE MANAGER IS VERY GOOD. SHE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS THE SKILLS TO DE-ESCALATE A SITUATION. (VERY RARE THESE DAYS). I HAVE CHANGED MY 1 STAR TO A 5 STAR BECAUSE OF HOW EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED. SURGERY WISE SHANNON IS VERY GOOD AND WORKS QUICKLY WITH RESULTS.
Dr. Webber and his staff were absolutely lovely. Couldn’t fault a single thing and would absolutely recommend.
Office staff were absolutely fantastic in helping get me in urgently after some seriously impacted wisdom teeth were discovered causing recurrent infection. The staff were professional and kind at all times. Dr Webber a fantastic surgeon who is very caring and highly experienced.
I'm currently on my 5th day of recovery after getting all 4 wisdom teeth and another molar extracted at Tweed Day Surgery. I was very, very stressed and anxious about this procedure for months in advance of the surgery. Dr Webber put me at ease after the initial consultation by reassuring me he does this sort of thing every day and it would be fine. Dr Shannon is truly remarkable. Not only is he uniquely gifted and talented he is also incredibly approachable and caring towards patients. Having experienced dental trauma in the past it’s beyond confronting and nerve wracking to even attend a consultation but Dr Shannon makes even the most daunting surgical procedure feel safe and comfortable.
