I had the same issue as Emily. Ordered what they said was their best top soil and received garbage thats ruined my lawn and will take me months and hours of my time to sort out. After removing more then 5 buckets of road base, blue stone, pebbles and other cement based rubble, I complained about the product and a chap and his wife turned up later in the day to apologise and the man promised to have his wife (who seemed to have no interest) to rake the lawn to help remove the pebbles as I was heading overseas for 4 weeks.
