Had a telehealth phone call, I missed the call as I was at work. Called back before they could even leave a message. Call back another two times that day, got told I would get a call back at sometime. Didn't receive a call back at all and still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional and highly do not recommend this practise, waste of time.
Dr Shirlina Das Daniel was incredible. I was over half an hour late and she was apologising to me! I got my skin checked, she was thorough and truly cared, she went above and beyond. Dr Shirlina put me at ease. I knew I was in the best hands. I couldn't recommend her more highly, the most incredible Dr. I hope she never leaves as she is a huge asset. The receptionist were also very obliging and extremely helpful, I have never been to a surgery where you feel part of the family but I have to say that's how they make you feel.... read more
