Iv been coming to this doctor’s clinic for almost 10 years now and the service I have received today was terrible. Don’t waste your time with DR ANAM ZAHID. Her lack of attention and communication is a dowfall to what is actually a good clinic.
I’m from brisbane so i’m not used to gold coast doctors and how they work, my experience has been okay although this place is very unorganised and rude, the doctor i was with was on her phone half of the time trying to see if her car is locked, she then excused herself to go lock her car? Very unprofessional. I’m only a teenager so i’m still learning about the medical world growing up and how to do things but these guys and my doctor didn’t help me at all, i've never been more confused. Dr Kothari has been my son's general practioner for over three years. He is very thorough with every diagnosis and is a professional and caring doctor, who looks after the patients well being using a holistic approach. I highly recommend Dr Kothari.

Had a telehealth phone call, I missed the call as I was at work. Called back before they could even leave a message. Call back another two times that day, got told I would get a call back at sometime. Didn't receive a call back at all and still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional and highly do not recommend this practise, waste of time.
