We purchased a Mahindra XUV 700 from Sharp Motor Group Tweed Heads a year ago. Unfortunately, we’ve had ongoing issues with the vehicle for the past 4 months. Despite multiple calls and emails, the service department has been unresponsive and provided the worst customer service we’ve experienced. The mechanic, in particular, has been unhelpful and dismissive. We’re extremely disappointed with the lack of care and support. Avoid this dealership if you value reliable after-sales service.
