Stayed at The Oracle Broadbeach and had a fridge problem on the second day of the stay however no action was taken to check the status/fix the fridge or provide an alternative solution to cool our food and drinks! These guys did not even bother the follow up when they were back in the office to appologize for the inconvenience. We wont be using these guys again or staying in The Oracle which is getting tired and seems to have continual problems with the lifts which results in long wait times to enter/leave the room.Room was ... read more
FIRST, I wanted to express how rude the young girl was at the front desk when we went to pick up our keys for our stay at The Jewel. And if it would allow me to pick no stars, I would, as they are not even worth one star. So unwelcoming with attitude. This started our holiday in a bad way and then only to turn up to the hotel to be disappointed and feeling like we have been ripped off. We had such a great stay! The team were fantastic to deal with - communication was easy from start to finish and they were super accommodating, even giving us an ocean view upgrade with no fuss. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spotless, and had everything we needed. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better — so close to the beach and cafes. The main pool was great, and the bar service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend.
Do not bother. Beds are infested with bed bugs and when you call to ask for something to be done then tell you it’s a tomorrow problem. Horrible customer service
