ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Firstly, once I booked they didn’t send me my itinerary for four days and every time I called they had no idea what I was talking about. Secondly, and most importantly, and this is for anybody that would like to book with them BE CAREFUL!!! THEY cancelled my booking five days before I was due to the part for my trip. They informed me that they were cancelling my accommodation that was paid for On the basis that the owner wants to now book it long-term this was not told me at the time of my booking.
