Avoid purchasing the new Dmax if you need Apple CarPlay. It does not work, constantly drops out, screen goes blank, phone calls cut out. And Isuzu will do nothing about it! Have tried speaking to the dealers, head office and now talking with consumer protection. When your vehicle is your office, this is really painful! Il stick with Toyota next time because I don’t have these issues in my RAV4!
Over the years, consistently ok service. Sometimes really bad, sometimes really good, overall better then average.

I brought my xar to gold isuzu ute for its service after dealing with another sevice centre that did not meet expectations. Ashley was so helpful and her customer service was exceptional. I had been a bit doubtful about ever buying another isuzu but they have restored my faith with their professional attitude.
