Very poor quality of ongoing Customer Care. I have called them 3 times now for advice as to weather there is an issue with the rear sensors on our 2024 MUX as they are behaving strangely. All 3 times nobody was available to speak but my enquiry would be attended to " Urgently" and I would get a call form a service member to help out. To date I have not received a reply at all.
