I brought my xar to gold isuzu ute for its service after dealing with another sevice centre that did not meet expectations. Ashley was so helpful and her customer service was exceptional. I had been a bit doubtful about ever buying another isuzu but they have restored my faith with their professional attitude.
Terrible customer service . Brand new MUX booked in to have nudge bar , mirrors and bonet protector installed. Had confirmation of booking in writing, turned up on day and was told no booking, then had to leave and re book - turned up second time to be told mirrors orders not correct and had would be contacted when correct ones in stock - no comunication - sent emails several time and got no replys - Not happy !!!!
