Good location, room is ok. Walls are like cardboard , you can listen your neighbors. We were three and had only 2 cups. We asked for an extra one and nothing

This place is barely a 2 star place, broken, rundown, weird access, run unusual. Booked through agoda, they took a $100 deposit from their efptos machine, when I left they said I had to wait to get that refunded by agoda even though they took the money on their machine. Still waiting on that refund, no doubt I'll have to follow up to get my refund back, seems super dodgy.

the room was not clean, the table in the room had the horrible smell of infected wound bandages, I showed the manger the next morning when the office opened, they said, they would do a 50% refund, after check out. It was never received. I returned home to disinfect all my belongings. Will never ever stay here again!!!

Stayed for one night and it was the BIGGEST let down. So disappointed with the lack of care or staff at this facility. The photos on the page are outdated! The unit stank of mould - which was visible on the ceiling and the shower. The smoke alarm had a hair net on it (WHS hazard), the fridge wasn't cold although plugged in, the pool tiles are missing/peeling off the floor and walls.
