Hello - does anyone know if Dr Thompson can be contacted? I understand he has retired but getting in contact with him for my wife's condition would be appreciated if possible.
Dr Craig Thompson always took the time to listen, explain and find ways to help us manage chronic health issues. He gave us hope. Cannot thank Craig enough.
Very expensive for what you get. Also unwilling to accomodate a prescription request once we found provider that saves us an 8 hour drive for treatment which I find to be petty at best.
