Rang this morning at 8 a.m., then 8.05, still not open. Left a message for a call back, but by 8.12 I hadn't received a call back. They did answer the phone at 8.12 and when I said, 'So you opened late today? ... and I didn't get a call back', I was just told, Oh well we're open now. 2 years ago I had a filling in a chip on bottom of front tooth at this surgery. After 2 years of being thier customer I can confidently say, not worth the wait, not worth the drive, not worth the extra money for calling themselves holistic. No parking available either. Bad quality fillings, 15min scale & cleans, rude reception staff and threats to cancel the appointment if you don't call them back to confirm the appointment which WAS CONFIRMED by responding sms. I have been so impressed by the services at this practise. I had a crown made in 1 sitting for a broken tooth that had an old amalgam filling in it. The care taken to ensure the mercury vapors are removed from the air in the room and my body, has given me great relief. I was specifically wanting holistic care for my tooth problem. The team were all exceptional; dentist Dr carla, the dental assistant whom i didnt catch her name (sorry), the masseuse, reception staff.
