Unacceptable rudeness from the reception.
I have been ring this surgery all Friday afternoon and again this morning trying to return a call i work and are not permitted to carry my phone while working so can someone return my call after 3pm
Very rude receptionist (Rochelle). Won’t be booking here and will be going back to my dr specifically to be referred elsewhere so I never have to come in contact with her again.
Jade, Emma and Jane were all extremely friendly and helpful. Leanne and Caitlin were also very kind and professional.
Receptionists in Suite 13 are rude and not happy to help. find a good one
