After 20 years suffering Atrial Fibrillation Dr Choo was the first Cardio that said he could fix my problem rather than just prescribe drugs to control it. He performed a Pulse Field Ablation on my heart and now I am completely off the anti arrhythmia drugs and blood thinners and my heart has been great since the operation. I would thoroughly recommend anyone suffering from AF to consult with Dr Choo and see if the technique is appropriate for you. Thank You again sir. You have change my life.
My elderly mother had an appointment at this centre with Dr Choo, he has been wonderful but one of the receptionist, Kersty has been absolutely horrible to her. A referral was sent a number of times to them and Kersty has continued to attack my mother about it not being received at the clinic. On 17th November 2023 l was admitted to Gold Coast Private Hospital by the Gold Coast Heart Centre for an angiogram that resulted in a stent being put in my artery. However, there was no follow up appointment made for me to see the surgeon; instead, l was referred to my GP, who discovered that the hospital had discharged me with a different medication than what the doctor has prescribed.
