My son was referred to see paediatric cardiologist professor Cameron Ward. Both he and his nurse Julie were amazing, both made my son & myself feel very much at ease, Julie is hilarious. We did have a bit of a waiting time which reception let us know about but is completely understandable as is typical in anything medical, had no issues with it considering the amount of tests done once we were in. Would highly recommend professor Ward.
Receptionist was immediately rude when I needed to rebook due to having covid symptoms. I refused a cancellation fee as I was re-booking the appointment and the confirmation text I had received instructed me to rebook if I had covid or the flu. She then told me to come in anyway wearing a mask which seems extremely unsafe to other patients experiencing heart problems???
After 20 years suffering Atrial Fibrillation Dr Choo was the first Cardio that said he could fix my problem rather than just prescribe drugs to control it. He performed a Pulse Field Ablation on my heart and now I am completely off the anti arrhythmia drugs and blood thinners and my heart has been great since the operation. I would thoroughly recommend anyone suffering from AF to consult with Dr Choo and see if the technique is appropriate for you. Thank You again sir. You have change my life.
My elderly mother had an appointment at this centre with Dr Choo, he has been wonderful but one of the receptionist, Kersty has been absolutely horrible to her. A referral was sent a number of times to them and Kersty has continued to attack my mother about it not being received at the clinic. This behaviour has continued via email after the referral had finally been received. Instead of professionally trying to work out the problem she instead resorted to arguing over the phone. Saneta made me feel very relaxed and informed during the echocardiogram. Very welcoming environment and pleasant reception staff as well.
