I’ve been forced into med I cal per Ventura county and covered ca. I wanted to just keep paying my Kaiser but they won’t let me, hold coast keeps denying me prescription coverage and any service es saying I have other ins. I don’t have any other ins. They are confusing my worker Comp ins company as a primary ins. That ins is strictly for an on the job related injury to my hamstring, which they don’t even cover my prescriptions. I’m so upset right now. Med I cal says otherwise but Gold Coast won’t listen.

High Standards and quality of service.
Their customer service is so difficult to work with and I fee every time I have to call they don’t ever really hear what my needs are.
there is no help for mental issues or meds. shame on you
