Today I went to Gold Coast Harley-davidson to buy a riding jacket. I spoke with Shivaun from Clothing. I had seen the Jacket at another dealership which would require a longer trip for me. Shivaun told me she would look at the other jacket online and see if she could price match it. Shivaun got very close to the price of the jacket and having regard to the further distance it really was a saving. Got to give a massive shout out to the team at HD Gold Coast. As a first time buyer of a Harley Davidson I had limited knowledge about them. Kaleb, my salesperson, was amazing providing clear and detailed answers to my many questions. I wasn't given the hard sell routine often encounted when purchasing a new bike or car which gave me the time I needed to really decide if it's what I wanted to do. Gold Coast Harley have a great team. No high pressure sales, just honest and realistic advice and services. Recently bought a 2nd hand bike, GC Harley shipped up from their Melbourne store. My experience was hassle free and I was constantly kept in the loop of progress. NSW rego was organised and parts fitted at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend this team. Thier dealership awards are well earned.
