Never had any service in Australia and called to ask some questions and check if the services were what I was looking for (and prices). The person just cut me while I was explaining the situation, asking if I needed an appointment and that there was no availability for the next 2 days. She wasn't rude on her voice tone, but I felt so disappointed that she didn't even listen to my concerns and questions. Booked an appointment for my 7 year old and called ahead to say my 4 year might also need to be seen for treatment of in-grown toe nails. 4 year old did not require any treatment but I was told I was cutting his toenails correctly and he needed wide shoes (already known). Got stung $98 just to be told that! Absolute piss take. Assumed the charge was a mistake. Lovely receptionist was tasked with advising me that no, they consider this fair practice. It gives me great pleasure to write my review on my experience at the foot clinic. I had my first appointment yesterday and my experience was absolutely fabulous. Kasia was my treating Podiatrist and explained everything very clearly to me. I felt confident within minutes of my appointment.My treatment was carried out with a very high level knowledge and experience. The clinic is modern and spotlessly clean. I will definitely be an ongoing patient at the clinic.

After 20 years of fighting toe fungus. My feet are now looking fantastic and are fully fungus free. The laser and the treatments were fantastic.
