Gold Coast C.U. needs to have a better system when it comes to card replacement. The chip in my debit card stop working so I went to the branch to get a replacement card. The representative informed me I would get a new card, however, the card will arrive in about 5 days and my current card was going to be disabled. We don’t provide customers with temporary cards unless the card is lost or stolen. I expressed to the Representative, this is unacceptable for customers not to have access to their money. Josephine is an excellent manager. She stayed late even after the bank had closed, to help me with an account issue and her persistence paid off. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Horrible banking system, if we’re being completely honest. The level of incompetence and apparent bias displayed by certain employees is unacceptable, particularly in my experience with an employee named Marie. Customers deserve professionalism, fairness, and accountability. Do better!

This credit union has a reciprocal with my out of state credit union and I had to stop in a couple of weeks ago for cash withdrawal. I was very impressed with the helpfulness and pleasantness of the staff along with the ease of the transaction. I highly recommend this credit union.
