Terrible costumer service.. Never respond to the phone calls. I was trying to pay my loan by phone and they said I can’t pay more than $1000 dólar because they have to pay fees, that’s ridiculous . I did like $6500 dollars a month before and now they don’t want to take it? I also went in person trying to pay bay debit card, and also didn’t want to accept payment, the reason they give me was that only accept cash o check.. Extremely disappointed. Reached out about a car loan and after i completed my application and affected my credit score, they just never got back to me. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I call I can’t get anyone on the phone and the last time I was able to get someone on the phone, they couldn’t care less about my situation. If you need a car loan, I wouldn’t call them at all.
