Terrible costumer service.. Never respond to the phone calls. I was trying to pay my loan by phone and they said I can’t pay more than $1000 dólar because they have to pay fees, that’s ridiculous . I did like $6500 dollars a month before and now they don’t want to take it? I also went in person trying to pay bay debit card, and also didn’t want to accept payment, the reason they give me was that only accept cash o check..
