Extremely disappointed. Reached out about a car loan and after i completed my application and affected my credit score, they just never got back to me. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I call I can’t get anyone on the phone and the last time I was able to get someone on the phone, they couldn’t care less about my situation. If you need a car loan, I wouldn’t call them at all.

After 2–3 years of no dormancy fees, Gold Coast Federal Credit Union suddenly charged $10/month without ever informing me fees would start, draining my $80 account and closing it. I left a voicemail with a supervisor and was never called back. I am reporting the unfair fees and lack of transparency to the CFPB.
