This company violated privacy right. They forced homeowners to park their car inside of garage otherwise they will fine. What kind of rule is that? Even president cannot tell you what to do inside of your premises. As homeowner we can do whatever and however we want to use inside of premises, you cannot force homeowners what to do inside of our house!!!

Gold Coast Enterprises manages an apartment complex in Orange County, CA, where I am a tenant. Gold Coast Enterprises has allowed drug addicts and active gang members to live and loiter on the property. The two tenants that cause these problems (they ARE the problem) also hang out with minors and let them in their units to do who knows what.
