What an amazing team!!! My situation was very urgent. I woke up on a Sunday with a very inflamed, painful wisdom tooth. I gave them a call and they booked me in the same day! The receptionist was extremely polite as well as the nurse. Dr Mari (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) and Dr Natalie were extremely professional in handling a very difficult case like mine. Tried calling Friday evening and left message. No one called back. Finally got an appointment elsewhere Monday after an aching tooth all weekend. So Much for emergency care.
I had an exceptional experience with Dr Lauren during my holiday in Queensland from NSW. Called reception and spoke with Trinty, who was very kind and helpful. Tried to make an appointment for today (easter weekend because I had to have a disintegrated filling on a public holiday). They could have fit me in but because I'm on DSP and not rich enough for a credit card they refused to book me. They asked me if I could ask someone else to use their credit card instead. I said no (who would even do that). They said well sorry our system is specially set up for emergencies and wont book you unless you have a credit card.
