They have been great to collaborate with. I feel the team is responsive, professional, and they always delivers results quickly. I have been able to tell that they genuinely care about supporting patients. Not a lot of labs that care. I believe this one actually does.
Very helpful and engaging customer service. I got tested for my job and the results were delivered to my office almost instantly.
Very slow lab. 13 days at least to process basic lab work. Definitely not up to LabCorp or Quest standards. Quite disappointing.
