Called several times in order to schedule a detail job, since it's by appointment only, only to be told that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Even went to their website to schedule the appointment myself (I realize everyone gets busy and misses a callback). My appointment date has now come and gone with not so much as a courtesy call to let me know they won't be able make it.
