Came in because my wife works there and she confirmed with the manager before I came in that I can get same day treatment for my existing crown. They charged me for crown prep work , a cap (crown) and a retreatment of a root canal but they didn’t even touch my crown all they did was a deep cleaning and they didn’t even clean around the crown. Do not come here. Management is a scam. They will charge your insurance and request payment for visits that never took place. I’ve spoken with the manager multiple times to remove the claims against my insurance that were fraudulently billed, for services never rendered and keep getting the same answer of “we are working to resolve the issue”. I was charged for x rays, deep clean, and cavity fillings when I never received nor have those dental issues. When asking management for my x rays to prove I was not there they refused... read more
