I purchased two hats from this company and the owner Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She called me personally and assured me that my package would arrive in time for my event. I have received one of the two hats already and it arrived in perfect condition and the hat is FABULOUS. My second hat is due to arrive tomorrow (Calamity Jane) and I am SO EXCITED!
