Excellent work & customer service. Had a hat get some patch work and it turned out wonderfully. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
Needed some laundry done during my stay at the Westin Michigan Avenue and so glad I came across Gold Coast Cleaners! They are located just down the street from the hotel, so both drop-off and pickup were super convenient. Wash and fold for 4 days worth of clothes and workout gear was just $26, and everything came back super clean and folded beautifully. When I tell you this place brought me to tears at how kind they were- I mean i think I cried twice. We were in a emergency situation while visiting Chicago and at a hotel that didnt have laundry service. We needed laundry done. And this place not only picked up my laundry for me , they did the laundry over night, a gentleman came in VERY early to the business to accommodate my flight, and even offered to walk the laundry over to my hotel at 7:00 am. This place is THE BEST! My beloved (and expensive) winter coat’s zipper had decided it was done after many seasons of wear and I thought I would just have to replace the whole coat. They replaced the zipper and cleaned the coat and it’s LIKE NEW! It looks amazing and I am so grateful that I will be able to continue to wear it! Very professional and super quick fix and clean! I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning, tailoring, or repairs.
