This place is THE BEST! My beloved (and expensive) winter coat’s zipper had decided it was done after many seasons of wear and I thought I would just have to replace the whole coat. They replaced the zipper and cleaned the coat and it’s LIKE NEW! It looks amazing and I am so grateful that I will be able to continue to wear it! Very professional and super quick fix and clean! I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning, tailoring, or repairs.
I cannot recommend Gold Coast Cleaners enough! I brought in a vintage coat with a stubborn stain I thought was permanent, and they made it look brand new. The attention to detail at Gold Coast Cleaners is incredible, and the staff is always professional and welcoming. It’s hard to find a cleaner in Chicago you can truly trust with high-end pieces, but this is the place. 5 stars all the way! 👏👏👏
My partner’s work bag was used as a personal bathroom by one of our cats and I was worried that it would be ruined forever, but Jessie and her team were able to completely remove the smell!! I cannot recommend her and her service enough!
