I booked Sam for an end-of-lease clean and feel I completely wasted $935. The house is very old (a 1960s fibro surf shack), and we both agreed in advance that only a basic clean was all they could due given the age of house — simply wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping etc etc A few days after his team attended (after I’d had time to properly inspect the property), I contacted Sam with feedback about the quality of the job.
