Absolute disaster. Hire them to do bond clean for small 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, guaranteed bond back, but that was a lie!!! The place after the clean was disgusting!!! Was given second chance but didn't do any better!!!! We had to pay another cleaner to do the job!!!! Sam it's a scamer, caused me so much stress!!! Do not make same mistake I did. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
cannot recommend Sam and his team at Gold Coast Clean and Sheen highly enough. They honestly performed miracles with the pre-sale clean on our investment property. The difference they made was incredible, and you can genuinely see that Sam takes pride in his work and the end result. We also contacted him at very short notice, and he went out of his way to fit our property in, which we really appreciated. From the moment I contacted Sam to organise a clean on my apartment I was greeted with professionalism. The team turned up on the agreed time and done an amazing job. Thanks Sam and team!!!
They showed up to do the clean and upped the price when they found out I was moving out of country. The place was not very dirty. This was the last day of lease so I was stuck and had to do it. They said it would take 4 hours to clean, I saw them leaving after only 1 hour 45 minutes. The clean itself was not good. Go with a different company.
