Dr Read examined my 11 year old son and did not wear gloves when touching his private parts. After this, he didn’t wash his hands and touched his face during our consult. I was honestly so shocked that not only did he not have gloves, he didn’t even wash his hands afterwards. His bedside manner was also pretty shocking. He weighed my son who was anxious in the first place, and then proceeded to fat shame him about how he would lose weight and how big he was. Unprofessional and quite frankly unhygienic.
No issues 2 circumcisions at different times all went well thank you Dr read
Jan provided the worst customer service and experience I have had in a long time. If this is a reflection of the clinic then I would not recommend them at all.
Very professional staff & high attention to detail
Had my procedure done by Dr Read today. There was nothing about the experience I would change. I felt valued, respected and cared for. All of the staff had the most awesome customer service and Dr Read made me feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole experience. He has an exceptional bedside manner, and the whole team exceeded my expectations by a mile.
