Dropped our robot pool vacuum for repair on Friday, was not sure it was worth repairing but definitely needed a new cable. Got an assessment and quote for repair Monday morning, approved and picked up machine Monday afternoon, cleaned pool Monday night. Great service, thanks.
I have dealt with these people over the years - I live in Brisbane but they are on the Gold Coast. They have given me exceptional service during this time and this morning was no exception. Wonderful people and wonderful service. A shout out to Kerin and the lady on the desk and the service tech - apologies for not getting your names. I previously dealt with Brian and Tim. Their customers are great too - a seven foot giant carried my bags of salt to the car. Thank you.
Very helpful staff and fast service.
On my phone order I was assisted by Bella who was a great help, following up with me to ensure the correct part was supplied. Bella’s pleasant approach and caring assistance were much appreciated.
Great service, Kylie awesome, saved me spending a $1,200 on a new and filter. Correct parts on the self and I had the new filter head fitted in an hour! Thanks GCC
