Did the warranty work for My FLUIDRA I had a VX 7T - CHLORINATOR with a three year warranty. Chlorinator was under three years and Pool kept it going green and was not producing any chlorine. Go-kart Coast chlorinators did the warranty changed the boards apparently Paul was still going green and not producing chlorine. Add to purchase a new chlorinator as was not getting satisfaction from My FLUIDRA wanted to charge me to get chlorinated looked at again as they believed it was repaired. An amazing business! They seriously could not have done more to help me with my pool and I'm so thankful to them for it. Super friendly and knowledgeable and I can tell they genuinely just want to help. As a new pool owner, they took the time to understand my needs and provided advice and products have saved the day! 10/10 would recommend in a heart beat.
Went to buy a new chlorinator cable, spoke to Rob who offered me a second hand cable for a quarter of the price, saved me $$$, very happy
Outstanding customer service. All staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to John. John is very experienced and his knowledge is vast. We were having problems with our pool robot right before Christmas. John was very patient and took the time to explain how we could rectify the problem, at a very busy time of the day.
