Where do I start! I called last week to make an appointment for a quote they set my appointment up and gave me a timeframe they didn’t show up and when I called they said the tech was sick and missed all his appointments. Common courtesy is to call and advise a potential customer of this information. Nonetheless I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled since I saw they were 5 stars how you got me. Punctual, thorough, and courteous. Did a great job walking me through the inspection and explaining what he found.
The crew did a great job. Arrived on time. Cleaned out the chimney well and cleaned up after themselves. Courteous and knowledgeable. I'd hire them again and easily recommend them.
