Very friendly and helpful, the part they had brought in for me was in excellent condition, pricing was very reasonable
Very good customer service. Prior to discovering these folks, i had been to a few other spots. None of them had the exact thing i needed and they all tried misleading me into buying something i didn’t need and something that wasn’t relevant, and when i denied, they simply started showing attitude and being a bunch of pricks. My dealings with Gold Coast Car Parts have been very good. Tahir was easy to deal with, when he said he would do something it happened in a prompt manner. I had been through a stressful time with my car needing mechanical repairs which was going to cost more than the value of the car. From when I 1st contracted Tahir until the job was completed it only took 6 days. Having never been in this situation it was stressful but Tahir made the process as smooth as possible.
