Took my escalade for an alignment they charge me $200 and give it back to me with a crooked steering wheel so I take it back and these mfs drive it around the praking lot and give it back to me talking about "we fine tuned it but it just tilts to one side and we don't know why" scummy service department
My wife recently had service done there and their service manager recommended some service. I personally looked into the suggested services and found that they were not necessary! They recommended that the coolant be replaced, the car only has 50,000 miles and the coolant the manufacturer uses says it is good for 150,000 miles or 5 years. They also recommended a throttle body cleaning as well as a fuel injection system service, that also wasn’t necessary!
